Day-to-Day Self-Realization
Even though differences are minimized through the knowledge and experience of unified consciousness, they also become brighter, richer and more heart-felt. They no longer hide the experience of Self-awareness. In fact, it is the great variety of differences—inner vision, physical activity, family, friends, feelings or any activity—that gives rise to the day-to-day living of Self-realization. The inner Self is realized as inclusive of normal life, not exclusive, for it certainly includes the normal experiences of life. Nothing is excluded. After all, the inner Self naturally desires experience in reference to something tangible. Separation from even surface experience, however insignificant it might seem, is just not possible and is not the nature of the awakened heart and mind.

The dichotomy of inner and outer is something one is still navigating through.Your experiences of how it weaves into the day to day nuggets of existence is something that is slowly filtering , a certain quality of realizing that everything is in that play of consciousness. It is easy sometimes to crave for “higher states” and dismiss washing dishes and dealing with unpleasant vibrations of people and oneself, as something that is “Other” than what is. A long wonderful journey ahead, however, as it unfolds and washes away accumulated ideas and beliefs.
Wishing you the very best as the book makes its debut.Looking forward to reading it.
At any point, did you have an external form as a guru or guide or was it always an interior impulse?
Love,light and prayers,

My awakening process started way before finding Maharishi and his TM techniques. However, He has been my only teacher, Guru and inspiration for many, many years. Ultimately the awakened experience is so simple and wonderfully pervasive that wether we are washing the dishes or creating a work of art the inner to outer clarity of awareness is what is being enjoyed.
